Going to Press: Navigating the Machine of Publishing
Join us for an informative session on how to publish in literary journals, online magazines, submit to writing contests, query a publisher, or pitch your book. Learn what goes into your author bio, your cover letter, your book synopsis. What are the pros and cons of publishing with trade publishers, and with vanity presses? Hear about other ways writers contribute through their work. Discuss how we stay connected, engaged, and contributing to the community.
