Dr. Budd Hall is a Professor Emeritus with the Uvic School of Public Administration, and Co-Chair of the UNESCO Chair in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education. His research interests include community-based participatory research, social responsibility of higher education, knowledge democracy, and social movement learning.
